Useful Free Online Resources for Diplomatic Training
This
is a selection of available online resources that could be used by
Diplomats (or students on diplomacy) for training. They have been
developed by different sources and therefore they are not homogenous.

University (USA) - Is a site with many online
courses realised for journalists. The program is a partnership
between the John S. and James L. Knight Foundation and The Poynter
Institute for Media Studies. Some of the Modules are useful for
Diplomats too (for example on Leadership and Management).

The
Writer's Workbench: 50 Tools You Can Use
The
courses are organized in Self-Directed Learning Modules. Therefore
participants can start and stop whenever they like, progressing
entirely at their own pace and going back as many times as they want
to review the material. Most of the courses take about one to two
hours to complete.
ISN
- International Relations and Security Network (CH) - The ISN's
specialized e-learning team was created by the Center for Security
Studies (CSS) at ETH Zurich. Many online
courses are mainly focused on Defence Issues.

- United Nations Public Administration Network - The main objective of the UNPAN Training Centre is to increase the opportunities for government officials from all over the world to access training materials on e-government.
