GDCnet (Geneva Diplomatic Community Network) is a network [implemented and managed by the
International Telecommunication Union] to improve information exchange for Member States via their
Geneva-based Permanent missions, with particular attention to overcome the limitations which many
missions, particularly from developing countries, face in Internet connectivity and use of electronic
tools.
